HK & Macau Trip (Part 4)

Day 4
30/12

Breakfast - ate dim sum at random restaurant. Went shopping Waited for the old folks to do their shopping. Lunch at ferry station. Tok 5pm ferry - S.S. Geronimo number 2 back to Macau. Checked in at Casa Real Hotel.

Casino-hotel that I stayed in.

Straight away took off to Sands Hotel Casino(ex-largest casino in Macau) to take a bus to The Venetian(current largest casino in the East, I think). I thought I saw classy after gazing at an entire row of massiv chandeliers at the entrance of the Sands until I saw The Venetian.

On the way to Sands... Neon lights in Macau to attract attention. Golden Dragon Casino.

Sands/金沙 Casino building. Changes colour from time to time.

The row of chandeliers at the Sands entrance.

Not even the word MARVELOUS with caps can fit the description of this place, both it's interior and exterior appearance. I even felt guilty breathing the air there. It's like I'm obliged to pay for everything I do inside(quoted from kennysia.com). I got only one word for that paradise - speechless. Even made the captions of some of the photos to appear as blanks haha.

One small portion of The Venetian. This place looks a lot better at night with all the glaring lights.

Best-looking Christmas see I came across during the HK-Macau trip. What do u expect? It's located in a world-class mega casino.

Michaelangelo's painting at the centre court?

Daymn, even the washroom looks classy.

Replica of Venice inside. Fake sky.

Waterways for gondolas to pass thru. Yea u heard me, real gondolas handled by real handsome Irishes, I think.

Handsome young lads singing for the passengers. Romantica.

Random photo

Indoor streetlights.

Name of Venue: Festivita Food Court.

First time encounter with live statue. He ain't moving. Many people were amused by this and started throwing real hard cash at him/it.

On the way back to hotel, I saw this big golden flower. Maybe I'll pluck it and give it to my future lover if I'm rich.

Weather in Macau was so damn cold. You probably can't get this kind of weather in Malaysia unless your air-cond temperature can go below 16 degree celsius or if you live inside the fridge. Ever heard of the song 'You're Beautiful' by James Blunt? try the Macau version by replacing the chorus 'You're Beautiful' by 'It's Freezing Cold'. Back to hotel at around 11pm, slept.

...to be continued.
